Steve Strawbridge
President and CEO
Steve Strawbridge is only the fourth chief executive to lead Pop Warner Little Scholars since its inception in 1929.
He is certainly no stranger to football. He was chief administrative officer of the Pro Football Hall of Fame and previously served as director of merchandising for the Philadelphia Eagles. During his time at the Hall of Fame, Strawbridge managed operations, sales, and oversight of Enshrinement Week, including the annual NFL game, enshrinement ceremonies, and concert. He helped oversee construction of the youth fields for the National Youth Football and Sports Complex and the 23,000-seat Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium, home of the prestigious Ohio State Athletic Association high school football state championship and the Pro Football Hall of Fame Game.
Tim Glase
Executive Vice President and COO
Tim Glase joined Pop Warner in 2021 after serving the organization for over four years while working for its strategic marketing agency. Tim plays a key role in setting the vision and direction for Pop Warner, as well as its subsidiary PW Authentic. He's involved in all facets of organization, including growth initiatives, event management and marketing.
Prior to his involvement with Pop Warner, Tim gained experience across the greater industry, with roles in motorsports, minor league sports, pro cycling, sports media and sports resort development. Tim holds an MBA from Liberty University.
Clarence Curry III
National Football Commissioner
Clarence Curry III graduated from Villanova University, where he studied Communications and helped lead the football team to the Division I-AA National Championship semifinals. During his career, he was two-time All-Conference and helped the school win two conference championships.
Professionally, he was originally signed by the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League and made the 53-man active roster in 2004-05. He also played for the Rhein Fire in NFL Europe, and a number of arena teams, including Philadelphia Soul, Los Angeles Avengers, New Orleans VooDoo, Nashville Kats, Reading Express, and Lehigh Valley Steelhawks.
Clarence attended Parsippany High School in Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey where he was a letterman in football, basketball, and track. He is in the Parsippany High School Hall of Fame, as well as the New Jersey High School Football Hall of Fame.

Lisa Moroski
National Cheer & Dance Commissioner
Lisa Moroski is the National Cheer & Dance Commissioner for Pop Warner Little Scholars since 1998 and is responsible for the development of the Spirit Rules Book, Coaches Education and Judges' Training. She has increased the National Championships to a five-day event featuring over 400 cheer & dance squads.
A graduate of Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, she served her alma mater as Advisor/Coach for the Hawk's Cheerleading Program from 1989-2016. Lisa carries several National Safety Certifications and National Judges Credentials. She holds the designation of Certified Sports Administrator as a member of the National Council of Youth Sports in conjunction with the George Washington University.
Beth Dietz
National Events Manager
Beth is the National Events Manager for Pop Warner and is responsible for the strategic planning and operations of Pop Warner National Events including the National Championship Week and the National Scholastics all-American Banquet.
Beth also serves as the Insurance Manager for Pop Warner. She has been with Pop Warner since 1993. She currently resides in Bucks County with her husband, Steve, sons Jeremy and Brian, and their cock-a-poo, Jessie!
Dennis Connors
Regional Operations Specialist
Dennis joined the national office as Regional Operations Specialist after volunteering in various leadership capacities, most recently as the regional director of Pop Warner's Southeast Region. In his role with the national office, Dennis will be instrumental in coordinating processes and procedures across each of Pop Warner's eight regions.
