This “Register to Win” Promotion is open to all teams that complete official team registration for the 2025 Crown Classic flag football tournament (“Event”) by 11:59 p.m. local time on November 15, 2025. To qualify, teams must fully complete, submit and pay for their team registration by the stated deadline. Incomplete or pending registrations will not be eligible.

One (1) eligible team will be randomly selected to receive a waiver of the full team registration fee for the 2025 Crown Classic. If the selected team has already paid its registration fee, the amount will be refunded in full following verification of eligibility. The prize is non-transferable, has no cash equivalent, and may not be substituted except at the sole discretion of the Event organizers. The approximate retail value of the prize is the equivalent of the $500 team registration fee.

The potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about November 19, 2025. The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided during registration. If the potential winner does not respond within five (5) business days of notification, declines the prize, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected at the sole discretion of the Event organizers.
