Pop Warner Recognizes 2025-2026 All-American Scholars

Pop Warner, the nation’s leading youth football and cheer & dance organization that emphasizes the balance of academics and sports, today announced that more than 5,000 student-athletes from across the country have been named Pop Warner All-American Scholars for the 2025–2026 academic year.

These exceptional students will be honored during All-American Scholar Weekend, held at Chicago’s Schaumburg Convention Center March 20-21.

Each year, Pop Warner athletes earn All-American recognition through their dedication in the classroom by achieving a GPA of 96% or higher, while also exemplifying excellence in their sport and within their communities. Pop Warner honors Senior Scholars, First Team All-Americans, Second Team All-Americans, and Honorable Mention Scholars.

"We celebrate our young scholars who carry Pop Warner’s values of excellence in their academic and athletic pursuits,” said Steve Strawbridge, president and CEO of Pop Warner Little Scholars. “These young scholars are role models for their peers, families, and communities. They are tomorrow's leaders. Congratulations to our All-American Scholars for your hard work and achievements. You represent the very best of what it means to be a student-athlete.”

The Academic All-American program was established at the founding of Pop Warner to encourage student-athletes to prioritize academic achievement alongside athletic development. Today, Pop Warner remains the only national youth sports organization with an academic eligibility requirement to compete, reinforcing its long-standing commitment to developing well-rounded athletes prepared for success on and off the field.
