Pop Warner Little Scholars, the nation’s leading youth football and cheer organization for nearly a century, today announced the launch of its official podcast, “Extra Points,” which delivers enlightening conversations with some of the biggest names in sports.
Host Tim Glase, Pop Warner’s chief operating officer, talks with athletes, coaches, executives, media personalities, and industry leaders, who offer insights across every level of the game – from youth to pro. Each episode will deliver inspiring stories and advice for everyone who loves sports.
The inaugural episode features Pro Football Hall of Fame coach and Super Bowl champion Dick Vermeil discussing his perspective on youth coaching, leadership development, and the most important lesson the game has taught him. Upcoming episodes will include conversations with Hall of Famers including:

“We didn’t want to create just another podcast. We wanted to give the Pop Warner community, and sports fans everywhere, a front-row seat to the stories behind some of the greatest athletes, coaches, and leaders,” said Glase. “It’s going to be entertaining and insightful for listeners because we offer a look at how these people reached the top of their professions, what it takes to succeed on and off the field, and their insights on today’s sports landscape.”
