Stephanie Kwok, NFL VP and Head of Flag Football, is the 2025 Pop Warner Trailblazer Award winner, honoring her leadership and impact in breaking barriers and inspiring youth. Kwok leads the NFL’s global growth of flag football, promoting participation and expanding opportunities for girls and boys at all levels, including grassroots and high school programs. A lifelong athlete, Kwok’s journey began as a Stanford student-athlete, continued through her Harvard MBA, and included co-founding Pickup Football, organizing competitive flag tournaments. Her dedication to making football more inclusive and accessible has opened doors for countless young athletes to enjoy the sport’s values and joy.

“Growing up, I didn't have many opportunities to play football, so to have the opportunity now to create those pathways in flag football for both girls and boys is an immense privilege," said Kwok. "I'm honored to receive the Pop Warner Trailblazer Award and thrilled for all the Pop Warner All-American Scholars who are leading on the field, in their classrooms, and in their communities.”
