Pop Warner Super Bowl Media Guidelines

Welcome to the 2003 Pop Warner Super Bowl and National Cheer & Dance Championships at the Disney's Wide World of Sports™ Complex in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Pop Warner Little Scholars welcomes all media and journalists covering the weeklong event. However, we do requests that media personnel due adhere to the following guidelines:

CREDENTIALS:

Media credentials are required when covering events and games at the Pop Warner Super Bowl Week. Upon entering the facility, Disney's Wide World of Sports™ Complex will honor legitimate media credentials. If a media credential is needed, one can be obtained by filling out the Media Credential Request Form and emailing it to webmaster@popwarner.com prior to December 9. All requests after December 9th must be made by calling the Pop Warner Sports Media Center at Disney at (407) 939-1250 or (407) 939-1251.

ACCESS:

Credentialed media and photographers will have access to the Pop Warner Media Room, towers between fields and on-field access. The Pop Warner Media Room is located on the 1st floor of the Disney Milk House. Click here for a map of the complex. Only credentialed media will be able to utilize these resources.

STATISTICS:

It is Pop Warner's policy not to keep stats on any individual players. Post-game team statistics will be provided, but individual statistics will not be. Should a journalist require individual game statistics, it is the responsibility of that journalist to keep them.

VIDEO NEWS RELEASES:

Video News Releases will be sent by the Disney Media Relations Departments on Wednesday, December 10 and Saturday, December 13. Coordinates will be posted as they become available.

STILL PHOTOGRAPHERS:

Photographers must have credentials in order to be allowed on-field for still photographs. Photographers will be permitted on field before, during and after football games for still images. Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc. reserves the right to deny photographers the right to shoot if it is felt necessary. NOTE: Images taken at the Pop Warner Super Bowl made not be sold for profit without the expressed written consent of Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc.

Several live telephone connections have been provided for those that request them. These phone connections are available for local/long distance calls as well as Internet connections from dial-up.
