Inaugural Pop Warner Registration Days
On Wednesday, July 11th, Pop Warner will kick off its first-ever National Registration Days with a series of events across the country at participating Dicks and The Sports Authority stores. As this is the first year, Pop Warner and our partners are looking forward to being able to offer these great promotional opportunities to more programs next year. Carolina Panthers Set to Host 3rd Annual Pop Warner Simultaneous Kickoff
To help coincide with the start of the NFL/USA Football's Play Football Month and celebrate the start of the Pop Warner season, the Carolina Panthers will play host to Pop Warner's third annual Simultaneous Kickoff on Friday August 24th as they host the host the New England Patriots at Bank of America Stadium. Several Pop Warner participants from the Charlotte-area will be on hand for a host of gameday festivities for the 8:00 game, which will be televised on CBS. The program has been a great success in its first two years involving more than 28,000 kids nationwide in 2005 and 2006. |

 Donruss Signs Adrian Peterson & Vince Young to Endorsement Deals; Aquires Rare Jersey
Donruss Playoff, a leading manufacturer of sports trading cards and the second longest running card company in the industry, recently announced the signings of Tennesee Titans quarterback Vince Youth and Minnesota Vikings rookie running back Adrian Peterson to endorsement deals that will place both stars on Donruss cards throughout the year. Donruss Officials have also confirmed that they have acquired what appeared to be the game-used equivalent to "nessie", a much talked about but never seen University of Texas game-used jersey of the former Longhorn.

2007 Scholar Banquet Recap
What a great weekend in Anaheim, California for the 2007 Pop Warner all-American Scholar Banquet! Well over 550 scholars and their families took part in the two-day event to celebrate their achievements in the classroom. At Saturday night's banquet, Pop Warner was pleased to award $78,575 in scholarship money to deserving senior scholars, as each one walked away with at least $1,000 to be used towards their higher education. Also, Pop Warner handed out five awards to individuals and organizations for their support and accomplishments.
