Southeast Region Pop Warner
States: Florida, Georgia, Alabama & Mississippi
RCDC: Jennifer Revels
The Southeast Region has a strong belief that better trained and informed coaches will provide a more safe, fun and rewarding experience for all participants. Every year we try to increase the opportunities for coaches training. The hard work and efforts paid off at Nationals in 2010, when 24 out of 44 South East Region teams placed in the top 5 at Nationals, including one National Cheer Title and one National Dance Title.
The Southeast Region's biggest success comes in the area of Scholastics and we are proud to say that we are #1 for 12 straight years in the number of first team All-American scholar athletes. The Southeast Region consists of twelve Leagues.
Our Regional Championship is held in Orlando, Florida on Thanksgiving weekend, where the top teams from each conference, in each division, compete for the opportunity to advance to the National Championships
The Southeast Region also places a strong emphasis on Game Day! Game Day is a vital part of Pop Warner Cheerleading and Dance as this along with our emphasis on scholastics sets us apart from other programs. We focus on making the game day experience FUN while supporting our football teams and getting the crowd excited and involved!!! The Southeast Region created a Game Day Video that is for sale on the National website.
In 2011, the Southeast Region has 58 teams registered to participate in the Pop Warner Year Round Cheer/Dance program. We utilize the year round program to place emphasis on promoting teamwork while keeping the children active in Pop Warner. The teams have participated in events around the state. Their favorite? “Reach the Beach” in Daytona Beach of course, and Cheer Power at the Florida State Fair grounds.
We hope this gives you a little idea of what we are about down here in the Southeast.

Inverness Storm have a Heart of Gold
April 22, 2013 - Timucua Conference Pop Warner
Rachel Tapley, the cheer coordinator for the Inverness Storm is proud to share that our squads recently adopted the Pediatric Oncology Unit at Shands Hospital in Gainseville through an endeavor we've named the Heart of Gold Childhood Cancer Awareness Project.
Over the past month, Storm cheerleaders collected a huge amount of donations in form of toys, games, handmade cards, and more!
Over the next two months, they'll have two more large opportunities to get involved. We are so humbled by how involved our girls have become in this project and are just so happy to share their progress with you!!!
Clermont Knights Cheerleaders are True Champions
May 20, 2013 - Mid-Florida Pop Warner
Two of the Knights cheer squads jr peewee and jr midgets competed in the CCE Open All Star Nationals held in Kissimmee, Fl.
Different rules then the Pop Warner competitions the Clermont Knights normally participate in, but in the end and against some very strong competition, both squads took first.
It was a great bonding experience for both squads and it made them feel pretty special to be the ones out there representing Pop Warner against all of those All Star squads.
