On Thursday, October 16, the Garner Civitan Pop Warner Mitey Mite team had the tremendous experience of running onto the field with the N.C. State Wolfpack prior to the N.C. State-Florida State ACC matchup
The team sprinted out onto Carter-Finley Stadium with the Wolfpack football team and afterwards enjoyed a great view of the game, in which N.C. State lost a tough 26-17 decision to the Seminoles.
The Garner Civitan Trojan Mitey Mites wore their replica N.C. State uniforms that were awarded to them through the Russell/NCAA Football Uniform Grant program.
Garner Civitan is a member of the Consolidated Football Federation Pop Warner program in North Carolina's Mid-South Region.
Earlier this year, the Garner program also had the opportunity to meet with members of the Carolina Panthers, back on Saturday, August 9.
