Date: August 11, 2009
To celebrate their participation as Finalists in the Kellogg's Frosted Flakes® Earn Your Stripes™2009 Youth Achievement Award Program, Clay White, an 11-year old Pop Warner football player from Bryan, TX, and M'Liyah Mitchell, a 14-year old Pop Warner cheerleader for the Sweetwater Eagles in Jacksonville, FL joined two other youth athletes this past July in Los Angeles at the 2009 ESPYs Breakfast.
All four Youth Achievement Award Finalists, including Clay and M'Liyah, were recognized at the ESPYs Breakfast for setting goals and working hard to achieve them.
The event took place on the rooftop of a hotel in Los Angeles, and professional athletes were among the attendees to show their support for the youth athletes. Kellogg's Frosted Flakes® cereal is a national sponsor of Pop Warner and created the Earn Your Stripes™program to encourage kids to eat right, work hard and be their very best.
