The 43rd Annual Pop
Warner All-American Scholastic Banquet took place this weekend
at the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim, CA. In front of a crowd of
1,200 scholars, parents and family members, Pop Warner recognized
all of the student athletes for their accomplishments, as well as
the annual awardees for their commitment to youth sports.
The highlight of the evening was
once again the awarding of scholarships to deserving Pop Warner
Senior Scholars. The PWLS Scholarship Fund grew to an all-time
high, as 35 scholarships were awarded totaling over $35,000.

with awards for their service towards the youth of today. The
2003 Pop Warner Award winners were: Miami Dolphins RB Ricky
Williams, 1996 Gold Medalist Amanda Borden, former
Bengal's Pro Bowl Punter Pat McInally and Arizona Cardinals
Vice President Michael Bidwill.
