Indianapolis, IN – Pop Warner, the nation’s largest and oldest youth football, organization, and Panini America, official trading card partner of Pop Warner and the NFL and NFL Players, will host the fifth annual Pop Warner Panini Classic on Saturday, February 4th at SportsZone in Indianapolis as part of Super Bowl XLVI week festivities.
Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton, Denver Broncos linebacker Von Miller and former University of Houston quarterback and top NFL Draft prospect Case Keenum will lead Northern Indiana Pop Warner players in a skills and drills clinic. The annual event was created to allow Super Bowl host-city youth an opportunity to experience the excitement of Super Bowl week festivities.
“We are proud to once again offer a great event for our Pop Warner players in the Super Bowl host-city,” said Jon Butler, Executive Director of Pop Warner Little Scholars. “We are fortunate to have a great partner in Panini who ensures that our athletes who work so hard feel special during NFL Super Bowl Week.”
In addition to the clinic, the players will sign autographs for the Pop Warner athletes. Panini will provide sticker albums and playing cards to all attendees and will make a charitable donation to the Northern Indiana Pop Warner League.
“We are excited to continue our commitment to providing a memorable experience for Pop Warner’s youth,” said Mark Warsop, Chief Executive Officer of Panini America. “As an NFL licensee, we are proud to be able to provide a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for these young athletes with NFL players Andy Dalton and Von Miller and top NFL draft prospect Case Keenum.”
