R-4; Teams will be allowed a one (1) pound increase at the National Championship weigh-ins. Teams will not be allowed the increase until the weigh-ins at the National Championships.
R-29-S1; Teams from all divisions are permitted a maximum of two (2) post season Bowl Games with the exception of Mitey Mites who are permitted one (1) game.
R-28-S-C; A League shall be permitted to waive the four (4) full days (96 consecutive hours) to 2 ½ days (60 consecutive hours) ONLY to permit the conclusion of the regularly scheduled season.
PART VIII - CHEER & DANCE

PART III - ALL PROGRAMS
A-2; add: Leagues must establish boundaries for their participating associations. Boundaries will be set by a defined, readily recognizable format, i.e., town limits, school districts, streets, etc. Failure to do so can result in revocation of Charter.
A-6-S2; A signed statement from any Licensed State Examiner; (i.e. Medical Doctor, Registered Physician Assistant, Registered Nurse Practitioner, etc.) that the candidate is physically fit and there are no observable conditions which would contra-indicate a participant from playing football or cheer/dance .
A-8-S3; Exception for spirit squads: Participants who tryout and make a school squad for winter sport programs of the current season and are members of a traditional Pop Warner squad will be permitted to simultaneously participate in Pop Warner and said school squad.
A-13; All Star teams or squads are prohibited in Pop Warner Football. Pop Warner Football rosters are valid from August 1 st to December 31 st of the current year. Any coach or participant found to play a game(s) with All Star participants from different rosters of regular season teams will forfeit future eligibility for all Pop Warner programs.
PART IV - ENFORCEMENT
S1; add: Falsification of Official Documentation: Suspension for one year, to permanent suspension for repeated offense. This would include, but not be limited to, Parental consent, Medical Examination, Proof of Age, and proof of Scholastic Fitness.
EDITORIAL CHANGES
R-1-S5; delete the word “or” in 2 nd paragraph, last sentence.
R-11; Spalding is the Official Football of Pop Warner and will be used during Regional & National Championships. Notwithstanding any other provisions in league bylaws, the Spalding/Pop Warner design ball is deemed approved for all Pop Warner play.
R-13- J; add: or compression shorts
R-13-K; add: detachable rubber “or plastic”
R-20-S1-E; add: participants can only practice with school team or Pop Warner team, but not both simultaneously. If they are trying out for the school team they cannot practice with the Pop Warner team until they are removed from the school team roster.
