PWLS & Under Armour Announce National Partnership
Under Armour to Serve As Exclusive Football Provider of Pop Warner
LANGHORNE, Penn. -- Pop Warner Little Scholars, Inc., the nation’s largest and oldest youth football, cheer and dance organization, today announced a partnership with Under Armour Inc., the leading sports performance apparel, footwear and accessories brand.
Under the sponsorship agreement, Under Armour will serve as the exclusive football supplier of Pop Warner and all Pop Warner teams will play only with the official Under Armour ball at the Pop Warner Super Bowl and Pop Warner Regional Football Championships.
Pop Warner and Under Armour kicked off the partnership at Super Bowl XLVII in New Orleans a the NFL Experience by providing product for the Pop Warner Panini Classic NFL Player Clinic.
Leading up to the football season, Pop Warner and Under Armour will work with retailers nationwide to host in-store sales events for members to purchase products.
Under Armour will also make an annual donation to the Pop Warner Scholarship Fund, participate in the Pop Warner grant program and outfit Pop Warner teams at the annual Pop Warner Super Bowl at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Disney World in Orlando, FL.
