Frequently Asked Questions:

Question: I have paid for my event, how do I get started watching the video?

Answer: Once your event has begun, just log into the video player, click on the "LIVE" tab and click on the "Play" button.

Question: What happens if the video begins to stop and start from time to time?

Answer: First off, it is a webcast...so everything is based on your internet connections. From time to time, you are likely to have a little bit of buffering occur, but it should be minimal. If it continues, this is a sign of a slower internet connection. A few remedies include refreshing the player (right-click, select Refresh) or you can try logging out of the player, close your browser and restart the process or trying to access the video from a different computer or internet connection.

You can test your internet connection by going to the following website: http://speakeasy.net/speedtest/ - You're going to want a download speed higher than 1 Mbps.

Question:
Can I use Wireless internet to watch the live video?

Answer: You can use wireless, however, there is a greater risk of buffering or service interuption. It all depends on the strength and reliability of the wireless connection.

Question:
What browser's do you recommend using to watch the video.

Answer: The two preffered browsers that work best with the player are Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer.

Question:
Can I view the video in Full-Screen?

Answer: Yes, there is an icon to enable Full-Screen next to the volume button on the player.

Question:
What quality is the video streamed at?

Answer: We stream all of our events at least 500k for the video, and 96k for the audio. Keep in mind this is a webcast, it is not going to be Television quality, but we will provide the feed at the highest rate to allow people to watch the event successfully.

Question:
Can I watch the webcast at a later date?

Answer: No, unfortunately it is only available for Live Viewing. You can purchase DVD's of the event afterwards at www.sevideo.biz

Question:
Will Pop Warner provide a refund if I miss the competition or have troubles viewing?

As long as everything is functioning correctly on our end, we will not provide a refund.
